There’s no one-size-fits-all solution to the housing challenges facing Livingston County. That’s why Housing Catalysts is bringing the community together to explore creative, practical approaches that make living here attainable for more people.

 

From bringing back starter homes and expanding accessory dwelling units (ADUs), to developing apartments that meet the needs of local workers and seniors, we’re working to close a gap of nearly 2,000 housing units. Right now, more than 12,000 workers commute into Livingston County each month because they can’t afford to live here—taking their spending power elsewhere and leaving local employers with high turnover.
